Shipping Policy
For production, items usually take up to 10 business days, as for their shipment, it may take up to 2-3 business days depending on the country.
Orders available in stock, however, take up to 2-3 business days.
The delivery time begins once an order is accepted and is in process.
Please note that orders are not processed on Saturdays and Sundays, so, they will be processed on Monday.
In case the items you have ordered are unavailable in stock, or additional confirmation of payment details is required, the order may be subject to a delay, and our customer service will contact the you via the email address and/or phone number on the order for further direction.
Delivery charges are based on the total weight of the order.
For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way, and you will be able to track it using the tracking number sent to you.
Retail Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased at Antoine Karam Retail Stores can be returned for exchange or for merchandise credit to be used at our store (for up to 1 year). Items must be returned unused in their original packaging with hangtags attached, within 15 days from the date of purchase or the date of shipment accompanied by the original packing slip.
Sale items purchased at Antoine Karam Retail Stores may not be returned or exchanged after purchase. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Gift returns accompanied by the original receipt or packing slip may be exchanged for a new item or for merchandise credit to Antoine Karam Retail Stores. Items without a gift receipt will be exchanged for in-store merchandise only at the current selling price.
All custom orders placed at Antoine Karam Retail Stores cannot be exchanged or returned.
