Always pre-wash linens before first use. Slight shrinkage might be expected.
Bed sets should be washed at 30 degrees machine wash or warm hand wash with a mild laundry detergent.

Separate bold colors from each other, as color may transfer from one item to another.

Only use mild liquid detergent without bleaching agent to avoid damaging the embroideries (except for white-on-white embroideries).

You can iron our products while they are still damp for a softer result.

As for storing, fold and place your linens in a cool, well-ventilated room sheltered from direct sunlight, as it could lead to permanent yellowing.

Ordering

For production, items usually take up to 10 business days, as for their shipment, it may take up to 2-3 business days depending on the country.
Orders available in stock, however, take up to 2-3 business days.

Orders can be tracked using Check Order Status or by referring to the shipping confirmation email sent to the email provided at checkout.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer Service within 1 hour of placing the order during business hours, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 7 pm.
We try to ship out all orders as quickly as possible, so in some rare instances, we may be able to stop the order before fulfillment and cancel it.
If an order has been shipped out, we are unable to cancel the order. Once the order is received, please return the order per the Return Policy.

Returns are possible in case a standard sized item was purchased, and already available in stock. Please return the original purchase according to our Return Policy and place a new order. However, we are unable to process exchanges upon customized orders.

Antoinekaram.com currently accepts Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and Cash on Delivery (only in Lebanon).

Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. If you receive an error after entering payment information, please contact your bank.

Shipping

Shipping cost depends on the weight and size of the items being purchased, the destination, and the shipping method.
Please add all items you would like to purchase to the shopping bag, proceed to checkout, and enter the full shipping address to see the shipping cost per shipping method.

For all international orders, customers will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country's governing laws in order to clear customs.
This fee depends on the value, size, and weight of the package; the price is set by the customs department upon arrival at the destination country, so Antoine Karam House Linen does not have direct control on it.
NB: Customs are not included in the shipping fee.

Returns

Please review our Returns Policy and follow directions for starting a return for a purchase made on antoinekaram.com, or visit one of our stores.

Usually, refunds are not part of our policy. However, if there was any defect or quality problem from our end, please contact Customer Service, or orders@antoinekaram.com, and they will review your case while giving you the best possible assistance.

Refunds for returns are generally processed within 20 days from the date the returning items are received. Once processed, the funds may appear in your account within 2-5 business days depending on the bank.
